Individuals: Bunks in the lodge £15 per person per night, children under 12 half price, babies free.

Groups: Exclusive group use of the lodge £240 per night. Minimum two nights rental at weekends. Group use of the house, rented in addition to the lodge, £150 per night. Minimum two nights at any time. Group use of the hayloft, rented in addition to the lodge, £25 per day.

Individuals No deposit required – please pay on arrival
Groups of Six or More A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost, paid within 14 days by cheque to “Wester Caputh”, will secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival by either cheque or cash.

Individuals Minimum 24 hours notice required
Groups of Six or More If the booking is cancelled more than 12 weeks before arrival, and the accommodation can be re-let as a group booking, the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less that 12 weeks before arrival, and the accommodation can be re-let as a group booking, only the deposit will be forfeited. If the accommodation cannot be re-let, payment of the full rental amount will be required.


Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, with beds stripped, otherwise a cleaning charge may be incurred.
Check-in is usually after 4pm and check-out 11am. These times can be flexible, by arrangement.
All breakages and damages must be paid for in full. Please respect our location within a village and the peace & privacy of our neighbours – no noise outside after 11pm please.
Bedding, hand towels and tea-towels are provided. Please bring personal towels.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome – please bring their own beds!
Logs, kindling & bbq provided. Bring charcoal and firelighters.
